Friday Night Club Racing
*** 2024 CLUB NIGHTS -TBA***
Club evenings are scheduled 2 - 3 times per term during warmer months, taking place on Friday evenings with a kick-off time of 4.30pm. The specific dates for each term are communicated by our head coach.
Participation is open to all dolphin students and we strongly encourage everyone to join in, take part in one or more races, and enjoy themselves.
Upon participating in club nights, each student will receive a dedicated record booklet designed to log their race timings. This booklet will be kept at the pool office, and following each club night, the students' recorded times will be documented. This practice offers an excellent opportunity for both parents and students to witness the potential achieved over the course of the year.
An entry fee of a gold coin donation will be collected, and we're pleased to offer a sausage sizzle along with beverages. These items can be paid for with cash or card on the evening.
Given that this event is organised through voluntary efforts, we warmly encourage parents to contribute by assisting with various tasks, including BBQ responsibilities, timekeeping, and equipment cleanup.
For the safety and supervision of swimmers, it is essential that they are accompanied by an adult/carer throughout the evening.
If the evening needs to be called off due to adverse weather conditions, the administration will make every effort to promptly inform parents/carers via email.
